The 11 June 2026 meeting of the North Country Amateur Radio Club meeting was called to order by WX2CIB at 1830L. The meeting was held at the Potsdam Community Room. There were 18 people in attendance. 16 voting members present.

Minutes from the previous 12 March 2026 meeting were read.

Motion to accept as read/amended was made by KE2EMQ. Seconded by KD2QQF.

Treasurers Report: It was reported by NR2V that we have $531.

Old Business

  • Club banner/Shirts – Update on producing, KA2AUB reported the banner will be about $45 for a 2’x3’ with logo and name. Shirts will be $15 and will include a logo on the back. Patches will be researched.

  • Field Day – June 27 & 28

    • Matt, KA2AUB – Chairman, Co-Chair - Larry, KE2FKZ, PIO - WB2BAU
    • Location – SUNY Canton
    • PIO has contacted Scott Gray’s office, KD2QLH & KA2AUB contacted the Red Cross
    • SUNY Canton will advertise the event
    • Setting up at 0800L on Saturday
    • KE2FKZ will research liability insurance for next year.
    • Thank you to W2FCP for the new banner
    • Band pass filter project is done and ready.

WB2BAU reported on the CW contest with W2LCA that he competed in. He also competed in the Digital Contest using the club callsign. If anyone wants to use the club callsign, please contact W2FCP.

Motion was made to adjourn the meeting by WB2BAU and seconded by W2FCP. Motion passed.
